Specialized Talent for the Industries That Keep Business Moving

Dion Weaver of Atlas Crew Staffing went above and beyond to support our staffing needs, bringing a level of professionalism, dedication, and passion that is rare. He took the time to understand our organization and made sure we interviewed candidates who were both qualified and aligned with our goals, offering valuable advice throughout the process. The two virtual assistants we hired through Dion have helped us make significant progress on compliance and uncover previously unaccounted-for funds, improving both our administrative efficiency and financial oversight. Dion also called weekly to check in, and his commitment to our success showed in every interaction. I would confidently refer anyone and everyone to Dion Weaver for staffing support.

Atlas Crew Staffing placed my very first Virtual Professional, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. As the owner of several businesses under KWBOS Holdings LLC, I knew I needed support but wasn’t sure what a Virtual Professional could do or how to bring one into my operations. Atlas matched me with Marionne, and she has completely changed how I work. She manages my daily activities, keeps everything organized across my companies, and brings expert suggestions that have improved how I operate. She thinks ahead, takes ownership, and handles about 20 hours of work a week, which frees me to focus on growth. Chief of Operations Dion Weaver made onboarding clear, smooth, and comfortable. Every question was answered, and I never felt lost as a first-time client. Atlas still checks in regularly, and it’s clear they care about your business growth, not just filling a position. Full disclosure: Dion is my husband. But I’m a paying client, and I’m genuinely satisfied with the service, the support, and the results. If you’re a business owner on the fence about getting help, Atlas Crew Staffing is the partner to start with.
